Study Q170027. Free vs Paid
Question -
Imagine... No advertising, no pop ups, nobody trying to sell you something every time you get on-line. Great! But there's a trade-off. You will have to pay a small fee, to keep the 'internet' alive. 1 Paid Internet. Yes, I wouldn't mind paying about $10 per month, provided I never see another unwanted advertisment or pop up or junk-email, ever again! 33.2
2 Free Internet. No, I prefer that the Internet remained a free resource, and I don't mind advertising. 66.7

3866244I think that If the internet is free more and more people will use it. For me advertisements, pop ups and junk- email are not a big deal so they not disturb me at all whether I am watching something or looking for some information , etc.RositsaBulgariaF18
3866130I don't mind advertising if it is really ADVERTISING. What Corporate America relies on, though is spyware watching everything we do and selling it to the highest bidder. Just show me a banner ad and STOP SPYING!!!!!JeffUnited StatesM55
