Claiming your Reward

You've performed a Rating, you've looked at the Rewards, now you want to make a claim. Excellent! You can have any Reward you like, provided of course you have enough spiderPoints for it (your account cannot go into credit).

One for 100 points, or one for 40 plus one for 60?

You don't have to spend all your reward points on one Reward. For example, if you have 200 spiderPoints, you can claim a couple of vouchers for 40 spiderPoints each, a special gift for 100, and still have some points left for later on.

Ok then, how do I make a Claim?

Well, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Login...
• Step 2: From your spider Home Page, click Claims...
• Step 3: Select a Gift, Voucher or Cash Item...
• Step 4: Click Claim.
